These are photo's taken by Bill Harle, most of them are of Newcastle city center and the surrounding areas. It has taken a great deal of time and patience to get the right conditions, indeed some buildings were boarded up. He asked many in the know when the boarding would be removed so he could get the photo's before the buildings were demolished, so as you can understand it has taken him many years to get them. Many of the pubs have long since disappeared, others have been changed to look more-- modern? Some buildings like the ones on Blacket Street, with the Post Office and Turners Photographers have been demolished to make way for Lego Land. (Also known as Eldon Square). We hope that they will bring back many (hopefully) happy memories and that you will enjoy looking at them again. If there are any photo's you would like to see, then let me know, as he might have them (there are many more to be included in the future). If he does then we will include them on the next update.

Airsoft Cumbria
Cumbria's Premier Paintball and Airsoft site.
If you have an interest in PaintBall or Airsoft, we have just the place for you. We have over 120 acres of woodland and open ground specially designed for the games of PaintBall and Airsoft.
Whether it be corporate, or a fun day out with mates, we have everything you need for your enjoyment, everything is supplied along with protective safety equipment. There are many who come to us and have a very enjoyable day out.
Our site is located on the outskirts of Aspatria in Cumbria, which is within easy reach of Newcastle and surrounding areas, the North West of England and Southern Scotland.
Many of you will have heard about Paintball but Airsoft is a game using replica firearms, M4, M16, G36c amongst others, which fire BB's. Come along, be apart of a team, the group based here are all very friendly and helpful. Some of our members are ex -service who will do a training day, so why not get a few friends together and arrange for a days training. They are a great bunch of lads and you are sure to have a great day out and a good laugh.
